Beautiful Port Arthur, TX.
It doesn't take much to figure why most of the people on the Lower Columbia River do not want industrial facilities like oil refineries, LNG terminal or IGCC generation facilities in a salmon rearing estuary.
It appears, they are welcome in Texas.
