When I read that letter, I wonder, "wouldn't most (all?) of this be true be true for Kitimat up in BC?" That would be the Kitimat terminal that recently changed from import to export and now they are talking about building a pipeline from Edmonton to Kitimat. That's about 1400 miles, enough to go from Bradwood to the western states with lots of natural gas (Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico).

Guess the economics aren't as awful as Northern Star would like us to believe.

btw, do you know that there are Alaska Transcontinental Pipeline trucks running around the Skamokawa valleys? This does not make me happy.
